Our evaluation is based on a holistic view of our client’s workflow from the initial contact with a potential or established customer to how the business follow-up takes into account the experience gained in improving the relationship and the deal with the customer. Here too we look at sales statistics, surveys and interviews with customers and employees.
We also review processes and routines in cooperation with customers. The outcome is analyzed and forms the basis for our proposal on how the company’s customer interaction can be improved. We will participate in the implementation of our proposals if the client wants us to be involved.
