We evaluate our client’s business offer based on a customer perspective. What value and what benefit does it give the customer? In the evaluation we also provide analysis of sales statistics as well as surveys and interviews with customers and employees.

When we assess the offer, we evaluate how value and benefit are communicated with the customer. Here too we have a clear customer perspective. Then we present our analysis and improvement proposals. If the client wants us to, we will participate in the implementation of our proposals.
